Is there a height or weight restriction?

There is not a weight or height restriction in the mat studio. In the reformer studio, our current reformer (Balanced Body Allegro 1) can hold up to 350 lbs, and accommodate up to 6'3 comfortably in height.

Our Drop-In is the perfect no-commitment option - great for visitors, bringing a friend, or just testing the waters. Only valid in the reformer studio. Cannot be used in the mat studio.

Our flexible drop in option allows you to join us anytime — no membership or package required. Cannot be used in the reformer studio. Current members can use their credits interchangeably.

Our 6 week fall harvest series begins on 10/20/25 and ends on 11/30/2025. You may use your credit anytime during this 6 week period. You may begin anytime in the 6 weeks!
