
This foundational reformer class is ideal for beginners and for experienced clients looking to refine technique and strengthen fundamentals. This class focuses on control, alignment, and breath. Expect clear cues, steady pacing, and smart movement. This is an ideal class for a beginner, someone wanting to master the foundations.

This is an intermediate level class, not recommended for those who are not familiar with the reformer. This class is the only class we offer that is not suitable for prenatal clients. This class is designed for those who are looking to build strength, coordination, and control. This class moves at a steady pace with creative transitions, and challenging coordination options, building upon our Reformer Foundations class.

SCULPT classes blend weighted exercises, HIIT-style intervals, pilates principles, and dynamic movement in a garage-style studio setting. Expect intensity, strength, and a sweat-driven atmosphere.
Please be mindful that these classes are held in the garage space of our studio. During the warmer seasons, you can expect to sweat in high temperatures as this space does not have central heat and air.
Grip socks are required. You may bring your own or you can purchase some in the studio. You are encouraged to bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. We'll have all of these things in house as well.

Personal training sessions blend weights, high intensity interval training, cardio and mat work. Exercises are tailored to each individual client by one of our certified personal trainers. Sessions take place in the garage space of the studio. The garage heats up in the warmer months - expect to sweat.
30 MINUTE SESSIONS / TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED
**Reformer memberships, reformer packages and mat packages may not be used for personal training sessions. Reformers are not included in personal training sessions. For a private reformer session, navigate to "memberships/packages" and look for private session.

We will be at Pocket Park for an outdoor mat event! Bring your own mat and register here! $10 per person for non members. Members may use their membership credits or opt to pay the $10 fee. Please don’t forget to bring your mat, water bottle and a towel if you’d like! WE CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU AT THE PARK! 🤸🏽♀️🫶🏽
The class will start at 10:30am and end at 11:15am. Registration is required to participate.
