*Grip socks are required in all classes. You may bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio

Is there a height or weight restriction?

There is not a weight or height restriction in the mat studio. In the reformer studio, our current reformer (Balanced Body Allegro 1) can hold up to 350 lbs, and accommodate up to 6'3 comfortably in height.
