Mat Pilates - All Levels

Please bring a mat and grip socks. We have grip socks and mats in the studio for purchase or you may bring your own.

This is an all levels mat pilates class that will be held in the garage space of our studio.


Move through a balanced sequence of mat exercises designed to strengthen, lengthen, and improve flexibility. With options for every level, this class supports beginners while still challenging experienced clients!
