Mat Pilates - All Levels

This is an all levels mat pilates class that will be held in the garage space of our studio.

Please bring a mat or mat towel, and grip socks. We have grip socks in the studio for purchase or you may bring your own.


Move through a balanced sequence of mat exercises designed to strengthen, lengthen, and improve flexibility. With options for every level, this class supports beginners while still challenging experienced clients!
