PERSONAL TRAINING 1 ON 1

Personal training sessions blend weights, high intensity interval training, cardio and mat work. Exercises are tailored to each individual client by one of our certified personal trainers. Sessions take place in the garage space of the studio. The garage heats up in the warmer months - expect to sweat.

30 MINUTE SESSIONS / TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED



**Reformer memberships, reformer packages and mat packages may not be used for personal training sessions. Reformers are not included in personal training sessions. For a private reformer session, navigate to "memberships/packages" and look for private session.
