
SCULPT classes blend weighted exercises, HIIT-style intervals, pilates principles, and dynamic movement in a garage-style studio setting. Expect intensity, strength, and a sweat-driven atmosphere.
Please be mindful that these classes are held in the garage space of our studio. During the warmer seasons, you can expect to sweat in high temperatures as this space does not have central heat and air.
Grip socks are required. You may bring your own or you can purchase some in the studio. You are encouraged to bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. We'll have all of these things in house as well.
